Well actually I am B.Tech in Electronics & just want to know that just lke citeHR is there any other site to whom i can ask my queries
Coz m currently is in a Market Research Company & looking 4 a change in job & passed my graduation in 2008 so now if i go 4 my field so i would considered as fresher but now 2010 fresher are required by companies
I want a job of my field (either Telecom or software). So Just requesting that if someone have any knowledge or if someone can suggest me that what should i do now.
Should i go 4 some Course like Mainframe,Testing etc or...........
Please suggest & guide me......

you can post your resume in the hindu news paper, citehr, naukri, monster, mafoi, etc.....
2.For query:
you can search in google for "electronics forum india", then you ask your query there, they will suggest......

Technical things cannot be taught. It has to be learnt by yourselves. I suggest you go to a Training Centre ( Personality Devolopment) where they would built you into a good leader. Alternatively you can also do a Self study ( SWOT Analysis) about yourself, find out the Strengths and Weaknesses, and suggest you a good field where you can perform.
