Hi all,
Attached is updated file so called leave record.
Please note that some formulae have been used for few specific cells. Hence before using this please check the formulae implemented cells.
Here are the abbreviations :
OB: Opening Balance
CB: Closing Balance
CR: Credited
LWP: Leave without pay

Is any 1 can Give me a leave Record format where i could calculate each employees monthly leave & the annual leave of each employee come automatically.

It is a very useful format but i have some question: -
1. what is difference between CL (Casual Leave) & EL (Earned Leave)
2. what is the actual use of OB,CB & CR (CR-what credited)
3. Proving 1 employee's details, Pls enter these details in your format
>> suppose an employee's Time sheet of Jun'11
>> Present 24days
>> leave 2days
>> 4Sunday (as usual)
NB:- An employee is getting 10 days leave (paid) in a year, he has already taken 9days leave.
So pls proceed & find the calculation as per your format.
