Can BAMS Or BHMS Dr's Work In Factory

Heloo Sirs,
Here I want to know that can BAMS or BHMS doctors work in factory..?
as per factory act Dr's qualification is MBBS & AFIH its ok but can BAMS or BHMS doctors work as a medical assistant instead of male nurses or with male nurses..?

Hi Dr Bhosale,
Unfortunately, most of the training course in occupational health/medicine are limited to doctors with MBBS degree. For example, only MBBS doctors can do AFIH course in India. An UK based company called Global Workhealth Ltd offers a distance learning postgraduate training course in occupational health, which you should be able to do. Just search the company name in Google for more details. I am certain that the course will enhance your chances of securing a job as a factory medical officer.
