Navigating UK Visa Challenges: Can I Switch from a Tourist Visa to a Work Visa?

Can anyone please help me with the following information? I am planning to work in the UK, but the work visa requirements are very high. Therefore, I have planned to get a tourist visa which is valid for 6 months. During these 6 months, I aim to find a job so that I can convert my tourist visa to a working visa. Is it possible? Can anyone help me with this information?

Work Permit Visa Requirement for the UK

If you are planning to work in the UK, you need to have a work permit visa. You cannot work on a tourist visa. Also, you are not allowed to apply for a job on a tourist visa.
