HR - Fresher

Hai,
I completed my MBA(HRM) in correspondence, now I have One arrear in my MBA and I have low percentage. Now my doubt is can I apply for the Job of MBA or not? Plz can anyone reply me. What can I do now?

Ya , you can apply for job. First of all dont underestimate yourself. Your confidence can become your strength. Secondly you have to choose in which domain you want to go. I will advise you to not expect higher salary. It will better to start with a company with your desired profile.In long term you knowledge will count not your percentage.

First of all..join any company giving you admin/hr profile except placement consultancies..!! By entering into this field you can slowly explore the organizational policies and amend it accordin to current scenario..
The prime most thing is to enter into one profile and then the things turn positively if u r dedicated...
