Dear Mr. Jain,

Great PPT & a good representation of corporate settings.
The PPT in my opinion reiterates two view points

1. Corporates take decision on hunch feelings- The "Sher" without any solid evidence decided that "Chiti" is in need of supervisor. To me, not true to real life corporate settings. Successful companies are successful for the simple reason that there is solid logic and enough empirical evidence to undertake a crucial activity such as manpower expansion. "Sher" failed in seeing through the fall outs of having a supervisor because he did not have a need analysis before having one.

2. Managers don't work: The PPT definitely echoes this view. However, again i would not fully agree although in some cases it may be true. The manager is supposed to give an overall guidance to increase the productivity. True, it is ultimately the bottom-line workers who produce but simple production is not enough these days. We are all surviving in extremely competitive world and it is equally important to pay attention to factors other than production to make a product competitively viable.

My opinion to your thread " It is not the individual but the team which is productive. You need to figure out right persons with right skill sets to compose a really successful team "

Hi friend
You may also add a simple comment that your ppt is full of Hindi Language, so that others who dont know hindi will avoid this.

Dear Yuvastanza,
I think buddy that anyone who is an indian must know our mother tongue which is HINDI. I don't think that the stuff like this "my ppt is full of Hindi Language, so that others who dont know hindi will avoid this" should be posted.
We should respect our mother tongue.

Dear Mr. Jain,
I think your presentation really sums up the scenario in majority of Indian companies. The problem is not expanding the workforce, but wrong people- I mean people with a mind set and traits which are contrary to the job requirement and existing work culture. I am not a HR person primarily but can read people very well.
There are all kinds of companies and people and that is what makes this world so beautiful.
As for the Englisn - Hindi thing, I think Yuvastanza is right. I have stayed in that part of inda and I know what he / she says. Language doesnt matter, your ideas and feelings matter.
thanks for the beautiful ppt.

I am afraid this does NOT happen to be the start of a new thread. It is only a Hindi version of a PPT called The Ant which has been posted several times over.

This PPT IS IN HINDI and not just full of Hindi Language. Also, why should anyone want to avoid this. I think having the PPT is Hindi is indeed very useful and when presented to any audience, it will have a very strong impact provided the presenter has a good command over the language and has a good sense of humour.

Dear Mr.Kumar,
I accept your points revealed in this presentation. Now a days almost all the Corporate Bodies are unnecessarily disturb the down the line workforce by recruiting personnel right from supervisors to HODs and the supervisors and HODs manufacture and design New Policies to please the Management and by implementing unworthy policies a few corporate bodies miserably fail in the productivity whether it is a manufacturing industry or service industry. Thereby putting labours into fatigue and also make them unrest.
Atleast, the corporate bodies, request to take note of your presentation and correct themselves by analyzing the policies and their failures.
If you feel the Ant is the first to be fired it is wrong. Persons like Ant can serve for another corporate body amicably. But the ultimate loser is corporate body by all means. It is a great lesson to...........
Thanks and I remain,
