I intend to persue a informative,enriching and certified HR course(correspondance/distance learning program) in HR from the top managemnt institutes/university like IIM,XLRI etc.I have completed MBA in HR and have two and half years of work experience.My motive behing planning for this course is to enhance my career profile and have constant value addition and strengthen my knowledge base in HR.
