Probationary Progress Review (form) - DOC Download

Dear All,
This form is use at the time of confirmation of service of the employee i.e when the employee has served his/her probation period we write to the respective Line Managers and request for their feedback on this form.
Based on the Line Manager's feedback we issue a confirmation letter.
