Dear Sir,

Please provide me with information on Training & Development in the industries. (Training Process, How to conduct shop floor training, and Give a suitable exam.)

Hi Laxman, if you prefer, you can take a detailed course by ISTD in New Delhi. Here are a few tips from my experience to guide you through:

1. Define your topic and scope in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (likely the management of the company), outlining your key deliverables.

2. Conduct thorough research on the topic within your defined scope, gathering materials, examples, and finalizing the content.

3. Once the content is decided, present it in a clear and organized manner.

4. Practice the delivery, including planned activities, to boost your confidence (even if it means practicing at home after office hours).

5. Deliver the training on the scheduled day as promised.

6. Assess your audience before, during, and after the training to gauge the effectiveness of your program.

7. Request feedback from the audience on the program's effectiveness to help you improve.

8. Present your findings and observations to the management along with suggestions for continuous improvement.

Regards,

Radhika
