is there anyone who could tell me how to fill PF form 12A

Dear Sheela,
You cannot prepare Form No. 12A unless and until you have not calculated the Challan for that month,
Form 12A, also includes No of New Joinees and left employees no.
Current FOrm 12A should be submitted with the last month challan copy.

I have recently joined a pharma co.
I am new to the payrolls and PF.
Kindly suggest me how should i go about it.
for the month of jan i have already prepared form 2A, form 5, form 10 and challan are already submitted. Now im confused in form 12A. kindly suggest me how to fill it.
