Instead of having random themes, in the start of the year decide theme for the year. All monthly themes will center around the Annual theme, This will ensure that a set objective is fully covered and some tangible benefits also accrue in the process.
Eg. Annual Theme - Family
Jan - My Family -
- Employees get a family photo and put it up on the notice board
- They write 5 points they appreciate in each family member
- Get a professional cartoonist or caricature artiste to sketch the employee and gift them that pic so that they can show their family etc.
- Every employees family member who celebrates his/ her birthday in that month will be given a small token by the company ( have a different token gift for each month)
Feb - Family outing and bonding
Mar - Family talent and skills
