OTOH, that does not take away from the Moral of the Story - sometimes hard decisions of letting go what seems essential to you for survival itself have to be made. Very few species do it deliberately - it seems to be genetic - look at the caterpillar for example.

I definitely will be using this story to drive home the message the change is inevitable and we all have to be prepared for it or perish.

Change is inevitable but very few in the corporate world are self-aware about the inevitability of change and adapt themselves to it but a great majority do not move out of their present position in which they find comfort and resist.To be a change a gent is a challenging assignment.
