Your PPt is very nice,but for your information,employee referrel is also expensive as we need to pay money for referring.For, you havent discussed anything on Campus interviews???In my view job portals is a bit cost cutting,we can get more.Yeah, i too agree that posting a job may result in seeking irrelevent CV's but comparitively job portals can do better if we do effectively.

Nice ppt. very easy to undestand for beginner also. but need to be worked more on this, esp. on other sources of recruitment except those explained in this PPT....

Gud ppt very well explained but these represent only common methods of recruitment there may other other approaches as well.
