Hi
First choose a couple of topics on which you feel you have a through knowledge, abiding interest and a deep passion for. Source books, activities, course outline etc. Now assuming you were to run it for a corporate, align your inputs to the course outline and ensure there is sufficient theory, ample practicals including exercises and games the reinforce the learning. Ensure that you have enough material to last the whole day. You may have to plan some exercise sheets, arrange for some props etc. If possible get a PPT made on the subject which can be the backbone of the whole program.
Ideally attempt the program for some colleges, social service clubs etc so that you gain both the confidence and also get familiar with the material you have.
It will immensely help if you attend a couple of training programs by well know faculty to get a feel of how the training is structured and delivered. However be careful not to out-rightly copy their style but to develop your own style.
