Job Description
- The candidate must be a postgraduate with HR specialization or a Diploma in Personnel Management from a reputable organization.
- They should have at least 15-18 years of experience in the manufacturing process industries and must have experience in the bulk drug industry.
- The candidate must be well-versed in statutory matters, handling contract labor management systems, liaising with government and local authorities, payroll processes, time office management, and other HR functions.
- Should have good interpersonal relations and communication skills.
- Must have exposure to MS Office.
- A candidate with a Law qualification is an added advantage.
