Struggling to Find a Job in HR: Can Anyone Help My Senior in Pune?

Dear All, I want to request help for my senior, who is currently without a job. She belongs to a middle-class family and has two siblings, so it's difficult for her to continue living in Pune without employment. Regarding her academic background, she completed a Master's in Personnel Management from Pune University in 2009 and has 7 months of experience as an HR Executive. However, for the past 6 months, she has been unemployed.

Currently, she is in Pune and has been attending interviews, but there has been no positive response, which is causing her frustration.

I kindly request all of you to assist her in securing a job as soon as possible.
