Managing Two PF Accounts: How Can I Withdraw Funds from Previous Employers?

Hi, I am in a situation where I have two PF accounts, one from my previous employer and the other from my employer before that. From my first employer, the PF account has not been transferred to my second employer. I want to withdraw money from both PF accounts. Please suggest how I can proceed with this.

Could you please obtain Form 19 and 10C from your local PF office, fill them out according to the instructions provided, and also attach the cancelled cheque and address proof? Fill out the two forms separately and submit them to your employer. Once done, you will receive the settlement.
