Clarification About PMS

Dear All,
I have been working HR for the last 2 years now i moved in to PMS part can you suggest about the process of PMS and how to maintain the MIS for that.

Dear friend,
PMS is far more than maintaining just MIS. You have to do complete study of your operations and then devise KPIs and KRAs. You can refer my following previous post:
