could you suggest HR goals and objectives for all HR functions. like below examples. please advise. thanks for cooperation in advance.
the goals for HR may comprise of following:
Area: Recruitment
Goal 1: Reduce Recruitment cost by 10% viz last year
Goal 2: Fill in all vacancies within 60 days from the resource request approval
etc.
Area: Training
Goal 1: Prepare Training need analysis plan by 1st quarter
Goal 2: Prepare Training calendar by 1st quarter
