Hi Venkatesh,

I used to work earlier with an NGO for 4-5 years. There are many departments like R&D, Legal, and Information, etc., in an NGO, and the role of program officers differs from department to department.

I am not aware of any such link but know a site where you can find all NGO jobs. I have started an HR firm this year only which offers services in recruitment, payroll management, corporate trainings, and management consultancy.
