Does Height and Number of People Affect Getting a Factory License? Let's Discuss

Could someone please provide information on whether height and the number of persons matter when obtaining a factory license?

Hi, please find attached the schedule of Factory Licence Fee categorized by manpower and Horse Power.

Minimum Height Requirements

The minimum height required is 12 ft for RCC buildings (working hall) and 10 ft for the office area. However, if the RCC building height is less than 12 ft but not less than 10 ft, the Factory Licence can be granted by the Chief Inspector Of Factories for up to 50 manpower only in Haryana state.
