Hi Pandit,

It's great news that you have shared with us. The government of India is doing a great job in such things. Voter cards, passbooks, etc., are very important for the identification of a particular person. Anyway, the government of India has started a new project called Unique Identification Number, which will be very useful when one loses such items. It will soon commence either this year or the coming year. The said project is being handled by Infosys company. Anyway, good news, Mr. Pandit.

Certainly! Here is the corrected version of the user's input:

Can we have the government order number and date, and any link or file to download the government order for us in PDF format? Please send.

Dear Professionals,

I had received an email in PDF format as proof from another source. However, that email has been accidentally deleted from both my Inbox and Trash folders. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I will make every effort to locate the specific article. If I am able to find it, I will promptly share it with all of you.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you.

Hi Pandit,

It is good that you have displayed your social responsibility. We are working on this enormous project called the Constitution Reforms Act. I am enclosing the Word document which is a model for legislative drafting, which in other words means not a law but a piece of legislative drafting containing certain amendments to the Indian Constitution that will go a long way in bringing fresh blood into politics. Also, along with that, you can have the Personal Insolvency Act and the revised Civil Procedure Code, 2009, which removed many provisions that were kept in the old Civil Procedure Code, 1908, belonging to the British era without being removed despite being futile for the present day.

Have a glance at THE CONSTITUTION REFORMS ACT.doc attached herewith. Please note that these are mere legislative drafts, not existing laws; none shall be presented in courts.

Regards,
Chandrasekhar.

Dear all,

Another piece of legislative drafting - CENTRAL BUREAU OF INQUIRY AND INVESTIGATION ACT. I hope you will review it. Please note that none of these legislations are existing laws; they are just legislative drafts and shall not be presented in court.

Chandrasekhar.

Dear all,

Another piece of legislative drafting regarding the Personal Insolvency Act. I hope you will take the time to review it. The other laws are merely revised pieces of existing legislation and should not be considered suitable for presentation in courts.

Regards,
Chandrasekhar.

Please find the Maternity Benefit Act, 2009, Land Acquisition (Amendment) Act, 2008, followed by the Indian Divorce Act, 2009, National Security Act, 2009, and Dowry Prohibition Act, 2009. These are pieces of legislative drafting - some new laws and some revised editions of existing laws. They should not be presented in courts as they are mere legislative drafts, not existing laws.

Thanks, Everybody,

Enthused by the responses, I am planning to start a website posting all my laws that you find here and start an interactive session with people so that they can improve their legislative drafting skills and enter parliament with confidence in being skilled in the art of lawmaking. I hope all of you will visit that website. I shall provide information about that website in this forum.

Thanks and regards,
Chandrasekhar.
chandrasekhar_7203
I have already designed the website to some extent in Microsoft Office Publisher, but I am waiting for the forums to be designed. I have given the task to a web designer. In the meanwhile, you can see the portion of the web design done in Publisher in the attachment.

Use Ctrl+click to view linked pages.

"The difference between respect and sycophancy is that we respect others for what they are, and when we respect others for what we expect from them, it becomes sycophancy."

Let us hope the Congress party will realize it.
chennakeshava.723
There are different types of sycophancy. I think even an employee respects an employer for what he expects from him (salary) rather than for what he is. That can be pardoned.

Chenna
chennakeshava.723
Some people are sitting pretty by accumulating properties for lasting even 10 generations ahead. When they expect others to fulfill their greed and ambition, that kind of sycophancy cannot be pardoned at all. On the other hand, people like you and me engage in sycophancy to fulfill our basic needs. Otherwise, we might die of hunger if we don't display that kind of attitude towards our bosses, employers, etc. I believe both these types of sycophancies must be distinguished from one another.

Chenna

Hi,

Vayalar Ravi stating that pilots are not even graduates, just +2, and they are getting Rs.3.80 lakhs is very amusing. There are many illiterates in MPs and MLAs who get a salary better than postgraduates working elsewhere. Is the law not the same for the common man and politicians?

Chandrasekhar

Dear all,

Thank you for visiting these webpages and reviewing the laws. There may be advocates among the viewers as well. I need to file a writ petition in the High Court in my father's case (service matters). I have prepared the draft, and I need someone who can understand it, present it before the judge in the High Court, and argue our case along those lines. If anyone is interested, please respond here.

Thanks and regards,
Chandrasekhar

"A politician needs the ability to foretell what is going to happen tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year. And to have the ability afterwards to explain why it didn't happen." - Winston Churchill

This quote highlights the expectations and challenges that politicians face in predicting and justifying outcomes over various timeframes. It underscores the importance of foresight and accountability in leadership.

It's really a great job to prevent the loss of such documents during transit. I will definitely share it with all my friends. However, I appeal to you to provide the relevant notifications/Government Orders of the Government of India.

Dear All,

My husband worked with XYZ for about 2 years. He was the best performer in Sales and independently handled the Preowned car section. He then received a better offer as the salary increment did not meet his expectations. He informed his immediate supervisor about the opportunity and asked if a 15-day notice period would be sufficient to leave the company amicably. The supervisor agreed. He smoothly transitioned his duties until the last day of the notice period and also sent email reminders to the supervisor asking for any pending issues that needed attention before his departure. He received no replies. After he left and joined another company, his supervisor at XYZ began raising various issues that were delayed from the workshop or due to customer dissatisfaction, even though he had already addressed the concerns with the customer, who did not wish to cooperate further due to the delays.

In my opinion, management should recognize that customer satisfaction is beyond our control, and no one should be penalized for it.

XYZ has withheld his salary for August 2011 and his incentives for June, July, and August, totaling approximately 1 lakh rupees. I am concerned that the organization is attempting to find reasons to avoid paying him.

I seek your valuable advice as my husband is experiencing emotional and mental distress due to the financial difficulties caused by not receiving his salary from the current company either.

Please advise.

Rebecca Tanna
