Friends, I have seen a number of postings from various individuals seeking help to prepare HR policies. I am enclosing a couple of policies prepared by me for the benefit of all. Any suggestions from senior professionals are most welcome.

I am presently working in the manufacturing industry for the past 7 years in the Payroll section. I would like to know in detail how to design an HR manual for a newly set-up hospital.

Hospital Details

This hospital will be established in Pune (Yerawada), with 150 beds, around 500 employees, and will be a Multi-Specialty hospital. Can anyone provide me with a sample HR policy for Multi-Specialty hospitals? Your guidance is highly awaited. Please help as I am not able to find any information elsewhere.
