We have started new IT Company in Vadodara, Gujarat. Can someone suggest me Salary Structure which including all allowances in it?

hi maria,
if you dont want increase their ctc then make their basic more than 65oo and so that they will be out of preview of PF.so that you can incrase their in hand salary and same you can implement in epf.

I am Rohit Kumar. i am working in manufacturing company and presentaly pursuing MBA in HR. I want know what is standard salary structure and how much the deduction.( PF, ESI, Madical and others) and sent me salary sheet also.
