HR Budgeting Assistance for University Student: Simplifying Budget Templates and Strategies

Hi all,

I just joined the forum and am a final year student at the University of Nottingham, Malaysia Campus. For a module (Selection and training in organizations) that I'm taking, I require a simple budget template, since we are supposed to assume the role of external HR execs who are proposing a selection and recruitment strategy. The one available here is too complex for my level at the moment. Can anybody please assist with this?

Thank you to everyone for your help. I have managed to create a simple budget. If I require any further assistance, I shall ask for it from you wonderful people. Regarding doing my assignment and not being spoon-fed, I appreciate your opinion, but I wasn't intending to copy and paste all output from this forum and present it. The only reason behind asking for help was that I have no experience whatsoever with costing or budgeting, for that matter. Anyway, thanks for all the help offered.

Good to hear about your project. Here in this community you may find many templates. But the bottleneck remains in the implementation of it. There will be a difference between what I posted for you and what exactly is required in your environment.
