Need Help Creating a Permit Administration SOP: Can You Share Your Insights?

Could anyone help advise me on how to prepare a Permit Administration Standard Operating Procedure? If anybody has a reference copy, please post it here; it would help me.

Please find the attached SOP for the Permit System. You may modify this according to your site management. I hope this will help you somehow. The document states that the retention period of the permit is one year, which needs authentication. I am not sure whether we have to really keep this for one year or not. If you have any clear definition for this retention period, please share it with me.

Hi Dipil, there is no regulatory requirement for retaining a permit for one year. It is all about company policy and procedures.
