Could anyone help/advice me to prepare PERMIT ADMINISTRATION STANDARD OPREATING PROCEDURE. . .If anybudy have reference copy please post here its help to me. . .

Please find the attached SOP for Permit System... You may be modified this according to your site management...
I hope this will help you somehow... The document says the retention period of the permit is one year, which needs authentication... I am not sure whether we have to really keep this for one year or not... If you have any clear definition for this retention period please share with me...

Hi Dipil,
There is no regulatory requirement of retaining permit for 1 year... It is all about company ploicy and procedures.
