Confused About IT Company Designation Hierarchy and Salary Increments? Let's Discuss!

Hi, I'm working in an IT company and I need to present a designation hierarchy for my company. I am confused about the designation hierarchy. How does it go, and what is the annual salary increment system or annual grading system?

It's an IT company, and I'd be glad to have anything useful. 

Thank you so much for your prompt response, Anil  Yes, I understand that these aspects are much more important in Human Resources too. What I have done is that I'm trying to jot down the designations and their levels, and I need someone to help 

Designation Hierarchy

- CEO
- Dy. CEO
- COO, CTO, CAO, CFO
- Dy. CXX
- M1 Sr. Manager
- M2 Manager
- M3 Dy. Manager
- M4 Asst. Manager
- Sr. Officer
- Officer
- Asst. Officer/Trainee
- Office Asst. (peon, office boy)

I'm not sure if this is correct or not. Please comment on this and I'd be glad 
