I am working in a Manufacturing CO.Here I am responsible for RECRUITMENT/SELECTION and INDUCTION.
I request if some could help me out with induction feedback forms.
A rough draft will also do , We can modify it.

I have attached the format of the Induction feedback form which we use in our organisation. Depending upon the number of Speakers you can add the columns.
