Seeking Reliable Attendance System for 24/7 Shifts: Any Recommendations for Delhi/NCR Vendors?

Hi,

We are a 24/7 organization. With the growth of the company, we want to have a robust electronic attendance system. Could anyone please suggest a good swipe card/biometric attendance system that can cope with different shifts, especially where the date changes in-between, and can handle a load of 2000 employees? We would prefer a Delhi/N.C.R.-based vendor.

Dear sir,

In our organization, we have a problem with employees escaping from work. It is difficult for us to track them as we have many exit points. Even though we have security guards who are supposed to register the people who exit, we have failed to control this issue as the security guards change frequently. Is there any way or any system where a foolproof gadget can be introduced to prevent this type of work evasion?

In my organization, which has a similar staff size to yours, we implemented the biometric terminals from Synel. It comes with web-based software, is easy to expand, and wasn't expensive.
