I am in the process of recommending Rewards & Recognition to HR department for approval. Before I would like to know the kinds of Rewards & Recognition that can be implemented in a BPO kind of environment. I appreciate if I can get some ideas (detailed) about different Rewards & recognition that be followed. Our BPO is a Transactional Services Company (Captive BPO).
