Dear Sir, I was on leave on 25th and 26th Feb 2010, and my BM, when sending attendance for salary release in a salary format through mail, kept my superior in CC. My superior, without informing the BM, changed my leave to absent. Finally, when I approached higher authorities, they also took the side of my superior and ignored the fact that my leave was approved by BM.
In the month of April, I emailed for sick leave as I was sick, but my superior outrightly rejected the same. However, the doctor told me that I needed rest because I had pain in my testes. Consequently, my superior made an absconding case against me and kept the HO in the dark. The company terminated me even though I showed all medical documents to the HR department, but they only gave one answer: "You are terminated; now we cannot do anything." Can you suggest what I should do now?
