Thanks for sharing the format of MIS reports. I have a query in your format.
The cost of hire is indicated by you as, Total recruitment cost/ Total no. of employees.
In my opinion the Total cost of hire each year will be Total recruitment cost/ Total number of employees hired in the year.
This view is because MIS reports are generated on a monthly basis and hence the information furnished should be related to a specific period say one month.

First opt for small companies i.e. not directly IT gients which want experience
Check on Online portals like Naukri for openings, gain some experience, once your through with around 1-2 yrs exp then thr is no bar for growth
It does not mean that you cant opt for IT biggies, if getting a chance then go ahead . . .
