I have started a new company related to educational consultancy. Currently, I have six staff members. I aim to maintain a well-structured organization. The current salary breakdown is as follows:
- Office Boy: $3000
- Marketing Executive: $5000
- Technical Counselor: $6500

I am seeking assistance on how to create a payslip format including components such as P.F., etc.

Can anyone provide guidance on how to structure the payslip effectively?

The PF is not mandatory for six staff members. As the maximum salary is $6,500, you don't need to pay PT either.
