Creating Incentive Plans Beyond Sales and HR: How Do You Approach KRAs and KPIs?

As already mentioned in my earlier posts, I work with a trading company and am a trainer as well as a training coordinator in my organization. Now I have been given the task of preparing KRAs and KPIs and also the incentive plan based on it. Kindly guide me on how to proceed. Do we have an incentive plan for departments other than sales and HR? If yes, then on what basis?
