Starting a Recruitment Consultancy: What Documents Do I Need for Agreements?

I am starting a new consultancy firm for recruitment and training. Can anyone share the following documents:

1. Agreement with candidates who submit their resumes to me.
2. Staffing agreement in case they work as contractors for other companies but under my payroll.
