Struggling with Bell Curve Appraisals? How Do You Calculate Final Ratings?

I have theoretical knowledge of the Bell Curve. How do I derive the final ratings/end results of the whole Bell Curve performance appraisal exercise? The posts provided on this site did not help me much. Please help.
