I have joined a placement consultancy firm as an HR-Recruiter on last month but I want to change it into HR-Payroll, Generalist,Admin or any other HR job as Recruitment process in placement firms are extremely stressful. I have completed BBA(H) in 2010 with 75% marks. Is it possible to change from Recruiter to Payroll job? What are the criterias for HR-Payroll job? Does HR-Recruiter has demand in Banking/FMCG Sectors.
