Except Factory Act 1948 all other labour act is applicable

Bombay LWF act is applicable, but IT Act is nothing to do with labour laws, since it talks about on digital signatures, e-mails and IT security.

IT act has no relation with Labour but does it has any relation with IT company.Bcoz IT company has digital signature.
