I have some questions on the work role of a HR Generalist & HR Recruiter.
What are the differences in job responsibilities in both of these roles?
What are the expected outcomes of both these jobs?
Because I am performing the following functions as a HR Executive&Admin with my current company such as Man power planning,sourcing&recruitment ,negotiation, offer, post recruitment fomalities ,appraisal processing,exit interviews etc
Admin matters---Travel bookings and other admin matters.I have completed almost 8 months in the IT software Industry .
I just wanted the clarification on the diff.between role of HR Recruiter and HR Exec&Admin?Friends can you help me out????What is the scope for growth?
