Could you please give me clear picture for the rules and regulation OR a complete knowledge on the leave policy to be followed for an organization working 24X7

Please tell a brief. I am a working as temp staffing executive. That's why i need those details.

It depends on the legislations which covers the organisation.
Factory Act 1948 entitles entitles 1 day for every 20 dyas.
Shops Act entitles 12 days Casual Leave, 12 Days annual Leave and 12 days Medical Leave .
The policy has to be consistent with the Standing Orders and the relevant legislations.

Please let me know the difference between casual leaves, paid leaves & sick leaves.
And also give a brief on leaves structure.
