For an expatriate worker who signed an unlimited contract and completed the agreed term of 3 years, is it mandatory for the employer to cover this person's airfare ticket for returning home? I hope you can help me with my concern.

Thanks,
Heidi

Airfare Obligation for Expatriate Workers

For an expatriate worker who signed an unlimited contract and resigned within 4 months, is it mandatory for the employer to provide an airfare ticket for the journey back home? I hope you can assist me with my concern.

On completion of the contract, the employer should provide airfare. In the case of resignations before the term, it is not mandatory for the employer.
