Unlimited Contract - Airfare Ticket Entitlement

Hi,
For an expatriate worker who signed an unlimited contract and finished the agreed term of 3 years, is it mandatory for the employer to shoulder this person's airfare ticket in going back home?
I hope you can help me with my concern.

For an expatriate worker who signed an unlimited contract and resigned within 04 months is it mandatory for the employer to give me airfare ticket in going back home?
I hope you can help me with my concern.

On completion of contract the Employer should provide an airfare.
Whereas in case of resignations before the term, it is not mandatory for the employer.
