The e-books are concise and drive the points. However, if you have the opportunity of finding a book 'How to have Power and confidence in Dealing with People' by Les Giblin, I am sure it would change the way we interact with people always on an equal platform ( which creates Win Win situation) as the book did to me 10 years since.. That time, I had to get this book imported through Landmark. It may be available in India now..

Hi Guys...just joined in today. The presentation is really nice. Mind you...it is very easy to read such things and appreciate but very difficult to make them part of your nature/behavior. Get up in the morning and remind to yourself....."Am I following them??? If you start doing that....halkf the battle is won Guys!!!!! Cheers!!!
