The e-books are concise and effectively convey their points. However, if you have the opportunity to find the book 'How to Have Power and Confidence in Dealing with People' by Les Giblin, I am sure it would change the way we interact with people, always on an equal platform (which creates a Win-Win situation), as the book did for me 10 years ago. At that time, I had to get this book imported through Landmark. It may be available in India now.
