Thank you for the information. It's wonderful. However, I am quite interested in formulating or if you have a draft copy of an HR Handbook or Manual. It would be of great worth and more informative if it was attached. New innovative ideas need to be amended or edited in the HR Manual; hence, the need to compare and contrast the existing one. In short, do you have an HR Manual or Handbook that I or we could view?

Thank you very much for the very useful information; it is exactly what I was looking for to help me set up the HR department in my organization. Just one question: do you plan annually for the activities? Do you have something like an annual plan for HR activities for the whole year that helps you reflect in the next year? Kindly provide me with a sample of such activities and deliverables.

Hello,

Can anyone suggest the best suitable way for me to determine whether employees are satisfied with the amended policies or not, apart from one-on-one interaction?

I was considering a questionnaire, but I believe it might take some time, and furthermore, employees might not take it seriously. Can you suggest the best possible approach?

Can anyone suggest what strict action should be taken against an employee who is continuously irregular in attendance despite frequent reminders and warning letters issued? We do not wish to terminate the individual.

Hi Anonymous,

You can tie it with variable pay. Anyone who has been issued a Written Warning letter will lose variable pay/incentives for a certain period. This can bring about the change.
