Initial Roles of an HR Professional
The initial role of an HR professional in a company can vary depending on the structure or the type of service or production it provides. If you are a new entrant with qualifications, some companies may take you on as a Graduate HR Trainee. In some HR structures, the role might be an HR Officer/Payroll, for example. In certain situations, depending on expertise and qualifications, you could be an HR Consultant, HR Manager, or even an HR Associate or Coordinator.
