In spite of sourcing profiles in portals....the following steps could be helpful too.
- You can post the requirements in the job portals and also in the new papers.
- Post the reqs in HR forums too.
- And also post the requirement within the org for the internal referrals.
- You can get in touch with placement consultancies as many as possible.
These are the normal recruitment process.

at your nearest Hotel.and give your organisation profile add in news paper or pamphlet .

For such a big no. you can take the help of a panel of Consultants also. Giving an advertisement in newspaper doesn't mean that you will get the exact quality of employees, experience wise & qualification wise.
You can also internally float the requirements in ur co. Internal references also prove to be good.
