- You can post the requirements on job portals and also in newspapers.
- Post the requirements in HR forums as well.
- Also, post the requirement within the organization for internal referrals.
- You can get in touch with as many placement consultancies as possible.

To recruit so many candidates in one week, arrange a "walk-in interview" at your nearest hotel. Include your organization's profile in a newspaper or pamphlet.

For such a big number, you can seek the help of a panel of consultants as well. Placing an advertisement in a newspaper does not guarantee that you will attract employees with the exact level of experience and qualifications you desire.

You can also internally circulate the job requirements within your company. Internal referrals often yield positive results.
