How Are You Handling the Mandatory Factory Closures in Noida for Panchayat Elections?

Dear all, as panchayat elections are in progress in Noida (U.P.), the government has decided to close all factories and commercial establishments on the day of the election in the concerned area. We have elections on the 25th of October, and as per the notification, all industries are to be closed on the day of the election. A copy of the notification and a newspaper cutting are attached for your reference.
