Dear All,
I am working with an construction company and our office timing is 9:30am to 5:30pm including break from monday to Friday and half day on saturday i.e 9:30 tp 1:30pm without break which makes 44 hours per week. now my management thinks they should revise the timing making it 48 hour a week as per labour law. Can any one help me how should i go about issuing this policy without creating grivences among the employees. Or anyone can help me that how should i make my management understand to avoid going ahead with this policy.
What is the official time to give break as per law.Like how long it should be within 8 hours.
