Seeking Internship Guide in Training & Development: Can You Help Me Find the Right Mentor?

Hi All,

I am a student of the Indian Society For Training and Development (ISTD) based in Chennai. I have cleared all my papers but have to do my project. I require an Internship guide who can be either:

1) A Senior Manager with relevant suitable experience in the field of Training and Development/HRD (In service or Retired)
2) A Senior ISTD Member available in Chennai
3) An Academician with considerable and suitable exposure to training/HRD Function
4) An ISTD Diploma Holder who is entitled to use the suffix Dip TD (A person who is yet to receive his/her Diploma Certificate is not eligible as an internship guide)

I am working for a BPO and have to do my project in the same organization. In case you seniors can guide me with the project and also give me references of someone who would be willing to help as a project guide, it would be really helpful.

Thank you very much for the help offered. However, it would be more feasible if the project guide is available locally. Could you kindly send me your contact details/email id? It would be helpful if you could suggest someone who meets the above criteria as these requirements are mandatory as stated by the Institute.
