Employee back ground verification policy includes mainly two parts:-
1. Educational Verification.
2. Work Experience verification.
In the 1st part of employee background verification we just verify the education document from the institutions from where he/she got education. In 2nd part we contact their last employers/ colleagues. CIIW- Employee Background Verification | Employee Background Check in Europe
